fantastic trivet / rubber feet fall off

The trivet itself is beautiful, fantastic, I love it. I have bought close to 20 of thesein remand green at this point for myself and as gifts for friends.
However, there is a problem. The rubber feet that go on the metal feet to
protect the table are not glued on and I have found them in the packaging, on the table, on the floor, everywhere. At this point I have 2 that I cannot use because they are missing rubber feet. I tried to contact the company to supply me with replacements and so far they have ignored me.
Very disappointing
