This 13-inch(33cm) honey-combed Peking cast iron wok consists of a 7.9-inch(20 cm) natural wood handle and 3.7-inch(9.5cm) height. This Japanese made wok can be used by professional chefs or home cooks.
Usage: Compared to carbon steel or stainless steel cooking woks, this cast iron pan retains heat for much longer. Can be used in various high temperature cooking methods such as: stir frying, steaming, deep frying, searing, boiling, braising, and much more.
Durable: Strengthened by hammering. There is no chemical coating or perfluorooctane sulfonic acid found in this kitchen wok. The surface is nitriding processed, improving the durability by increasing surface hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and helps prevent rust.
