Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: To view the status of your order, simply visit the Customer Service or Account Information page. Here, you will find a list of all your orders. Click on the order date to see its current status.



Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can estimate your shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping fees will be shown on your Invoice page, just before you confirm your order for accurate charges.
